Cassia Caneles

Received a box of really good canelés from @cassia.caneles for my birthday recently.

Crusty on the outside and very importantly with a very dense custardy interior. Besides the classic vanilla-and-rum flavour, the canelés also come in many interesting cream-filled flavours like churros, matcha, ispahan, hot cocoa, speculoos, pandan kaya and red velvet.
