Purchasing Policy

  1. Orders for all standard cakes, bread and food platters require at least 3 days' notice and subject to availability.
  2. Orders for customized cakes (Such as icing print or special decorations) require at least 7 days' notice. Please contact us for any customization required. 
  3. Food platters are available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
  4. Prices and specifications are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.
  5. Photos are for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to change the decoration/presentation of the actual cake and food platter depending on the availability of ingredients and other decoration elements.   
  6. Full payment is required to confirm your order.  
  7. Cakes and food platters not collected by the end of our business day will be disposed of with no refund. 
  8. Self collection is at Tiong Bahru area. Please refer to Shipping Policy below for delivery details.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. More than 3 days' notice from the date of collection/delivery, an administrative charge of S$10 will apply.
  2. Less than 3 days' notice from the date of collection/delivery, no refund of the delivery fee and/or the price of the item ordered.

 

Shipping Policy

Our cakes and food platters are available for delivery within Singapore only (except Marina Bay Sands Hotel), subject to availability of delivery slots on any given day. A delivery fee will apply as follows:

  1. Most locations in Singapore: $20
  2. Sentosa Island: $25
  3. Airline House, Changi Airport, Changi Airfreight House, Jurong Island and Tuas: $30

The delivery fee covers a one-time delivery trip only. If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, we will call or leave a note for the recipient. 

All request for re-delivery will be subjected to an additional delivery fee. All cakes and food platters that cannot be delivered or collected by the end of the day will be disposed of with no refund. 

Our delivery timing is as follow:

  • Morning: 10:30am to 12:30pm
  • Afternoon: 2pm to 6pm
