We call this the ugly cheesecake but do not be deceived by its plain and underwhelming appearance though.
This is neither the very rich and intensely-flavoured New York-style cheesecake nor the fluffy and soft cotton Japanese version.
This is somewhat in between. It is creamy yet not too rich nor overwhelmingly sweet. You cannot stop at one slice for sure.
