341 Beach Road Pho
Named after the address of the coffeeshop where it is located at, 341 Beach Road Pho serves up authentic Vietnamese dishes like their signature Saigon-style Pho, spring rolls, papaya salad and cockles.
The two partners behind the stall are Vietnamese chefs who have 10 over years of culinary experience in Vietnamese restaurants in both Vietnam and Singapore.
We have their signature beef combo noodle soup which comes with beef slices, beef brisket and beef balls in a clear beefy stock that takes at least 12 hours to prepare and infused with spices like cinnamon, star anise and cardamom. Yummy and hearty.
Pay attention here cockles lovers! The good-size cockles are stir-fried with garlic, chopped chillies and lard. Flavorful and addictive, this will get you hooked.
You can also go for other Vietnamese dishes like their papaya salad, fresh rice paper rolls and deep fried spring rolls. They are just decent but good side dishes to make your meal complete.
