After lunch, we wandered through Kaysersberg’s storybook streets, stepping into quaint shops and the quiet beauty of the church before a quick stop at the glass factory. Then came the climb, ten minutes from the village centre to the ruins of the Castle of Kaysersberg, perched high above the rooftops. From up there, the view was pure magic - the patchwork of vineyards, the winding valley, and the charming village below, all bathed in the golden glow of Alsace.
