Boon Lay Ho Huat Fried Prawn Noodle (Clementi)

Located in the same coffeeshop as Bao Gong XO Fish Head Bee Hoon, this stall sells local delights like Hokkien Mee, Oyster omelette and Carrot Cakes.

We ordered their oyster omelette to add to the Zi Char dishes from Bao Gong for our lunch and were impressed. The omelette has a good balance of egg and starch, flavourful and not too greasy. Worth the calories.
