At Cervecería Chamonix, our lunchtime adventure took an unexpected and delightful turn. As we embarked on this seafood extravaganza, we discovered a captivating feature of the eatery – a mesmerizing glass display counter. With childlike wonder, we eagerly approached the counter and handpicked our seafood selection, as if we were choosing treasures from a culinary treasure trove. The prawns sparkled with freshness, the razor clams beckoned with their elegant shells, and the octopus tentacles danced in a mesmerizing display. It was like having a seafood playground at our fingertips. With our chosen seafood in tow, we made our way to the outdoor dining area, where the flavours of grilled goodness awaited.
The chef would then pass our freshly cooked seafood creations through a window. It was as if the window transformed into a magical portal of gastronomic delight. With each dish that appeared before us, we couldn't help but feel like we were part of a charming food ceremony.
The prawns, razor clams, octopus and squid made their grand entrance through that enchanted window, each plate bringing us closer to seafood heaven. We savoured the flavourful bites and enjoyed the camaraderie of this unique dining experience, where the chef's window became a portal of culinary magic connecting us to the delectable creations. And to quench our thirst, the Rioja Blanco flowed like a river of liquid happiness.
Cervecería Chamonix truly embraced the joy of outdoor dining and added a dash of enchantment to our lunchtime feast.
