My eldest @ashinthekitch made dinner - Lemon butter Pappardelle with prawns.
She made the pappardelle pasta from scratch. Boiled and tossed it in the lemon butter sauce which was deliciously buttery and rich, with a refreshing citrus acidity from lemon juice and savoury nutty flavour from the garlic.
Served with prawns cooked in the same sauce and sprinkled with dill and lemon peel.
