Liverpool Potluck

Amidst the camaraderie of our Liverpool potluck, the table was an inviting spread of global flavours. We had tender lamb chops, a succulent pork belly roast, sticky-sweet char siew, and delicately smoked salmon. There was also a hearty oxtail stew, fragrant prawn paste chicken, Thai Moo Ping with its char-grilled whispers of the streets of Bangkok, a comforting baked rice, and a fresh, zesty salad. Each dish was a nod to the diverse tastes of our group, creating a shared experience that was as rich and varied as the game that unfolded before us.
