Porto on Foot III

After taking in the grandeur of Porto Cathedral, we wandered over to the iconic Luís I Bridge. It was warm and sunny, the kind of weather that makes you want to slow down. A gentle breeze swept across the Douro River as we paused midway to soak in the view. It’s one of those spots where the city just feels alive.

We continued our stroll through the cobbled backstreets, where time seemed to stand still. Vintage tiles, weathered facades, laundry flapping from iron balconies. Porto wears its history well.

Somehow, we ended up at Meia-Dúzia, a charming little shop that sells Portuguese flavours in artist-style tubes - think jam, olive oil, and even mustard. Tasted a few, bought a few (okay, more than a few). If toothpaste tasted this good, we would be brushing teeth every hour.
