Stepping into The Peranakan Club feels like entering a beautifully preserved Peranakan mansion where every detail tells a story. From founder Raymond Khoo's remarkable collection, vibrant batik touches and floral ceilings to elegant Nyonya ware, every corner is a feast for the eyes.
The food lives up to the setting too. We enjoyed DIY Kueh Pie Tee, Prawn Ngoh Hiang, Salmon Fish Wings with Belimbing, comforting Babi Pongteh, rich Beef Rendang, Ayam Buah Keluak, Nyonya Chap Chye, flavourful Dry Laksa and finished with traditional desserts including Durian Pengat, Blue Pea Sago and Apom Bok Kwa Pisang.
A dining experience that celebrates Peranakan heritage through both its stunning ambience and soulful cuisine. Definitely one for lovers of culture, food and beautiful spaces.
