I love to include kebabs on my BBQ menu as they are so versatile, easy to prepare ahead of time, turn average ingredients into something spectacular, make grilling extra easy and make cleaning a breeze.
On this cooling Saturday evening, I made these kebab skewers with prawns, cod fish and wagyu picanha for our dinner. The aroma of grilling permeated the air, and the dramatic display of the hanging skewers added to the enjoyment of the meal.
