Zhi Zun Bao Yao Cai Duck
Operated by a Malaysian chef who has 10+ years of roast meat experience, this stall at a Chai Chee coffeeshop sells impressive herbal roast duck and other roast meat.
My favourite here has to be the herbal duck, which is marinated with the stall's secret herbal formula for 12 hours before being roasted resulting in the flavourful meat with crispy skin. I like that they serve extra herbal sauce separately for those who want a stronger punch of the sweet herbal flavour.
