What started as the first sangria bar in Manila has now evolved into a culinary destination in Singapore that offers an array of exciting dishes. Alegria Singapore's signature tacos are a must-try, with flavours inspired by cuisines around the world. Indulge in the Mexican Pescado, a crispy fried fish taco wrapped in a warm purple tortilla, complemented by chipotle mayo and pineapple salsa. Or savour the Filipino Sisig taco, featuring succulent pork belly, Dinakdakan sauce, onions, all wrapped in a unique Ube tortilla. For a touch of Japanese influence, the Japonesa taco combines tender steak, wasabi aioli, salsa, esquites, purple cabbage, and furikake.

Alegria Singapore is currently undergoing an upgrade and will reopen their doors on 28th June with a brand new menu and a revamped layout. We had the privilege of savouring their delectable creations before their temporary closure, and we are eager to see what culinary delights await us when they reopen.
