As our tour of Sierra Cantabria's remarkable wineries came to a close, we were delighted to indulge in an amazing lunch at the award-winning Restaurante El Puntido. Set against the backdrop of breathtaking panoramic views of the Tempranillo vineyard, the historical village of Laguardia and the majestic Sierra de Cantabria, the stage was set for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Seated at our table, we were immediately captivated by the stunning surroundings. The vast vineyard stretched out before us, a testament to the beauty and importance of the land in crafting exceptional wines. The Sierra de Cantabria stood tall in the distance, their peaks shrouded in a gentle haze, adding an air of tranquility to the scene.

To add to the already extraordinary experience, Pedro treated us to a selection of Sierra Cantabria wines from older vintages that were no longer available on the market. With each pour, we were transported back in time, savouring the complexity and depth of these quality wines. It was a rare and exclusive opportunity to taste the legacy and history that Sierra Cantabria has been building over the years.
