Sin Chao Gardens - 新潮園
I said I would be back soon and so I did!
The place can be very crowded during peak hours and service can be better - you have to let the staff know your preference when placing your order or they would usually serve all dishes at one go instead of dish by dish for you to slowly enjoy each of them.
Other than that, I really enjoy the delicious authentic Teochew fare here!
