We used to frequent Equinox (Thanks to the amazing "Feed at Raffles" offer then), which was located on the 70th floor of Swissôtel The Stamford, for their amazing Sunday champagne brunch against the stunning backdrop of Singapore’s skyline. But we had not been back since the space was taken over by Skai, a contemporary European grill house.
This evening we were reminded why this is still one of the go-to places to salute the sunset in Singapore and, to me, the best spot to admire the much sought after National Day Parade firework display!
We literally reached the Skai with our family and pals for a romantic evening of modern European cuisine and wine flight with a panoramic view of the Marina Bay skyline.
Just like a wise man once said - Once you have tasted the taste of "Skai", you will forever look up...
