The shop is housed in an unassuming landed property, where the front serves as a cosy retail and tasting area, and the back is the bakery. Upstairs, the owner and baker resides - a true homegrown business.
What makes Doumo special is the baker’s dedication. Each day, he focuses on crafting just one flavour of cookies, producing only 90 packs daily. This level of exclusivity is complemented by the finest ingredients sourced globally, paired with a refined recipe honed through meticulous experimentation.
