Norm Micro Roastery
Norm Micro Roastery is certainly not the norm. Housed in a repurposed shipping yard building just a stone’s throw away from our hotel, The Prestige, it exudes minimalist industrial vibes. With its high ceilings, cold grey cement walls, and thoughtfully placed trees, the space feels open yet cosy. A perfect spot for a relaxing break.
The setup is raw yet chic, with an understated elegance. Sunlight streaming through the skylights adds a natural warmth to the otherwise cool palette. We were too full to indulge in their food menu, but their coffee and drinks hit the spot. Judging by the menu, the food looked creative and tempting - something to keep in mind for our next visit.
Norm is a brilliant place to unwind, sip on a good brew, and take in its serene, zen-like atmosphere.
