Recently, we celebrated our anniversary with a gastronomic adventure at Restaurant JAG, nestled on the vibrant Duxton Road. Led by the visionary Chef Jeremy Gillon and his team, this remarkable establishment left us awe-inspired by its dedication to vegetable-centric cuisine. From the moment we were seated and presented with a beautiful crate of roots and vegetables that would grace our plates, we knew we were in for an extraordinary dining experience.

The degustation "Spring" menu at Restaurant JAG captures the essence of each season through its celebration of vegetables.
