Seafood Pasta

Celebrating a milestone with a taste of opulence, we marked Audrey's 19th birthday with a sumptuous twist on a family favourite. She is a pasta lover, and nothing could express our love quite like a luxurious seafood pasta, a dish that promises to be as memorable as the occasion itself.

The centrepiece of our feast was handmade spaghetti, lovingly crafted by her sister Ashley, twirled with the ocean's treasures - blue lobsters, sashimi-grade scallops, tender octopus, and a giant prawn, each element lending its unique sweetness and texture. These gems of the sea were nestled in the rich bisque pasta, a golden pool of flavour that carried the whispers of the ocean in every spoonful.

As the candles were blown out, I hoped that the warmth of family and the joy we shared at the table would be the flavours she would remember for years to come. Happy Birthday our dear Audrey, may life offer you as much delight as this plate of pasta does!
