The quest for a good seafood dinner took a new turn as we decided to try Yang Ming Seafood's Ubi outlet instead of our usual Bishan haunt. The place serves comfort with a side of air-conditioning in a cosy room fit for three tables. It's the perfect spot to enjoy seafood without breaking a sweat.
The star of our gastronomic adventure was again the Australian Lobster Chee Cheong Fun, a mesmerising blend of tender lobster and silky rice rolls. Then there was the Pig Stomach Soup, a Matryoshka doll of culinary brilliance - stomach stuffed with a whole chicken and brewed in herbs and pepper. Not to be outshone, the Gan Heong Fish Head, Crab Bee Hoon, and Steamed Kampong Chicken each brought their own unique flair, adding zing, sweetness, and homey goodness to the meal.
To sum it up, Yang Ming Seafood at Ubi is a theatrical feast of extraordinary flavours. If seafood is your game and you fancy a chill dining atmosphere, make this Ubi outlet your next stage.
